The foundation of my work is Gestalt therapy – a humanistic-existential approach, however I combine various therapeutic methods for the best outcome for you – NVC, body work, bioenergetics, mindfulness, film, dance and music. My works has been strongly influenced by: Gabor Mate, Esther Perel, Marshall Rosenberg, Brene Brown, Bogdan de Barbaro, Sarah Marshank, Antoni Kępiński, Peter Levine, Stephen Porges, Sabina Sadecka, Irvin Yalom, Leonard Cohen, as well as my family, friends and clients.
I understand psychological help as a process of expanding awareness (attitudes, beliefs, needs, thoughts and feelings) within a secure and confidential therapeutic relationship. My goal in therapy is not to „fix” you, but rather to bring new qualities into your life that allow for beneficial and long-lasting changes.
I believe that every person is born with an inner capacity for problem-solving, resilience, and a fulfilling life. However, difficult experiences and past traumas can block access to this inner wisdom, creativity, and strength. Gestalt therapy provides a space to explore how past experiences shape your daily choices and relationships and to become more aware of how they influence your present.
Often, the key to transformation lies in uncovering unconscious patterns, habitual emotions, and deep-seated beliefs. This moment of insight can be a true turning point. With newfound awareness, you can make different choices and move towards a more fulfilling, authentic life.
I ensure the quality of my work through regular supervision and continuously enhance my professional skills by attending various trainings, courses, and workshops. My commitment to ongoing growth allows me to offer the highest level of support to those seeking therapy in Kraków.
