I started my professional journey as a pedagogue, working with children and adolescents. Early on, I realized that behind learning difficulties and behavioral challenges often lay unspoken emotions, relationships, and unmet needs – and that’s what truly intrigued me. I wanted to understand the mechanisms that shape us as human beings, which led me to complete my Gestalt Counselling training at the Gestalt Centre in London in 2010.

For years, I provided therapeutic support to both women and men, working for various organizations as well as in my private practice. I listened to their stories, accompanied them through crises and transformations. And then came a realization – to truly support others, I first needed to better understand myself and the world. So, I did something we rarely allow ourselves in the rush of daily life: I paused. I traveled, meditated, explored different therapeutic modalities, and deepened my work with the body, emotions, and spirituality. This process allowed me to return to therapy not just as a practitioner, but as a person – with deeper presence, authenticity, and engagement.

Today, in my work, I integrate Gestalt therapy, a humanistic approach, and a holistic perspective. A key aspect of my practice is somatic work – I believe that our bodies carry stories our minds may not yet be aware of. In therapy, I incorporate attunement to bodily sensations, breathwork, movement, and sometimes silence, because what remains unspoken is often expressed through the body. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions – each person has their own story, rhythm, and readiness for change. What matters most to me is creating a space where you can meet yourself without judgment, tune into your needs, and discover your own answers.

My Qualifications and Experience:

🎓 Gestalt Centre London – Diploma in Counselling and Humanistic Therapy
🎓 Jagiellonian University, Kraków – Master’s Degree in Pedagogy
🎓 Trainer School of Nonviolent Communication (NVC)
🔹 Hundreds of hours of personal therapy, self-development workshops, and therapeutic training

I don’t offer quick solutions or ready-made advice. I won’t tell you what to do. But I can help you listen to yourself – not just through your thoughts, but also through your body, because often, beneath the layers of expectations and obligations, your own answers are already there.

If what I’m saying resonates with you, I invite you to connect. Relational Space is a place where we can explore what truly matters to you, together.
