Relational Gestalt Therapy in Krakow

My name is Katarzyna Zając, and work as a gestalt therapist and counsellor in Krakow. I work with individuals seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their emotions. As a gestalt therapist I adopt a holistic approach, combining psychological, emotional, and somatic aspects, because I believe that the body, mind, and spirit are inseparable. Through accepting the past, becoming aware of our emotions, and listening to the signals from our bodies, we can find inner peace and balance.

In gestalt therapy, my role is not to “fix” you but to help you gain new insights into your life, creating space for long-lasting, positive change. I believe that every person has inherent resources to solve problems, face challenges, and live a fulfilling life. However, difficult experiences and trauma can block access to our inner wisdom, creativity, and strength. Therapeutic sessions help you explore how past experiences influence your daily choices, shape your relationships with others, and affect your perception of the world. When we uncover the key to certain habitual beliefs, emotions, or behaviors, it often marks a turning point. With new awareness, you can make different choices, leading to a richer, fuller, and more satisfying life.
